Employment Termination

All persons who perform services for New Vision Charter School shall be considered “at will” employees. The Executive Director and building principals may terminate the employment of any personnel so long as such employees are not terminated for unlawful reasons. The Executive Director and building principal shall be independently responsible for the supervision and evaluation of all teaching staff on an annual basis.
