There will be Soccer kickarounds held at New Vision Charter Schools turf field on July 31st through August 4th from 4:00-5:00 PM. The kickarounds will not be a required practice to participate in Soccer at New Vision but a time to work on some skills with Coach Chris before tryouts on August 7th. Coach Chris will support all boys interested in getting their foot on the ball this week.

All Middle School Sports Parent Meeting
The parent meeting is a beginning-of-the-year meeting for all interested in competing in middle school (6th-8th grade) Volleyball, Cross Country, Girls' and Boys' Soccer, Basketball, or Track. The meeting will talk about:
Required packet that must be completed before the first day of tryouts/practice.
School and league Eligibility requirements
Expectations of competitions
Go through changes in athletics for the 2023-2024 school year
This meeting will be general information to ensure that your child will be able to participate at the start of tryouts or practice. It will allow all parents to get their information turned in as soon as possible to make sure their student can participate in tryouts and/or practice as soon as it begins. There will be a coach meeting for your sport after the first day of practice that will answer specific questions about your sport(s) and go through coaches' expectations. Last week a few of our 7th and 8th grade students embarked on an unforgettable trip to Florida! 🌟✈️
These incredible young explorers had an absolute blast diving into Gulf Coast Ecosystems, swimming with manatees, and immersing themselves in the wonders of nature. 🌊🌿 They also had the chance to visit the Tampa Zoo, where they encountered fascinating wildlife, and toured the Clearwater Aquarium, a marine life rescue and recovery center where the famous dolphin, Winter, from the movie "A Dolphin's Tale," was rehabilitated. 🐠🐢 The adventure continued as our students kayaked and snorkeled down a scenic river, making memories that will last a lifetime. 🚣♀️🏊♂️
We're incredibly proud of our students' enthusiasm for exploration and their eagerness to learn through real-life experiences. 🎓🌍
